Rushabh Fastners (RF) manufactures and supplies ASTM A194 Grade 2H Nuts in Heavy Hex Nut, Hex Nut, and Full Height Nut configurations. Produced from quenched and tempered carbon steel, these nuts conform to ASTM A194 requirements and are intended for applications requiring high mechanical strength and dependable fastening performance.

Our Grade 2H Nuts are manufactured to ASME B18.2.2 dimensional standards and feature UNC threads. With a minimum proof load of 175 ksi (approximately 1200 MPa) and a hardness range of 28–32 HRC, they are suitable for demanding service conditions across a variety of industrial sectors.

We offer multiple surface finish options, including Black Finish, Hot Dip Galvanized (HDG), Zinc Plated, and Zinc Flake Coatings, allowing customers to select the most suitable protection for their operating environment. Available sizes include 5/16″ to 2-1/2″ Heavy Hex Nuts, M6 to M72 Hex Nuts, and M10 to M48 Full Height Nuts, with custom dimensions supplied upon request.
